Director, The Glasgow School of Art >

The next Director will succeed Professor Seona Reid CBE, who is retiring in the summer of 2013 after leading the School during a time of notable growth, success and influence. This is a unique and exciting opportunity, at the head of a complex institution, requiring the delivery of visible leadership and direction both within the School and to the wider creative and cultural sector in Scotland, in the UK and internationally.

The Director will be at the forefront of ensuring that The Glasgow School of Art operates as a truly exceptional creative community, inculcating a culture of pride and excitement in all who live and work there and contributing explicitly to the distinctive profile and positioning of the visual creative disciplines in Scotland and beyond.
