These Scholarships replace the previously available Scotland-USA Scholarships. From 2009, these exciting scholarship opportunities are open to nationals from:
The awards aim to encourage bright, talented and hard working individuals to live, work and study in Scotland. You will experience a rich and vibrant culture and make new friends and contacts from Scotland and around the world.
Three awards worth £2,000 (GBP) towards your fees are available for applicants to full time taught Masters Programmes at GSA.
Not only will you gain an internationally recognised qualification at a world class art school, but you will enhance your career prospects with the chance to apply for the Fresh Talent: Working in Scotland Scheme (FT:WiSS), which allows international students to remain in Scotland for 2 years upon successful graduation to live and work in Scotland.
The scholarships are supported and funded by the Scottish Government in partnership with universities in Scotland and the British Council.

Please note, for these Scholarships, the GSA application form is NOT applicable; you must use the form on the above website for 2009/10 awards, though these application forms must then be submitted to welfare@gsa.ac.uk to be processed along with the other School Scholarship applications. Please see the guidelines on the School's scholarship webpage for more details on submission and selection processes.
