Enrolment 2018/19 Academic Session

Registry maintains your Student Record during your time at GSA and an important part of being a student at The Glasgow School of Art (GSA) is the completion of your enrolment.  This allows you to access GSA facilities such as the library, Virtual Learning Environment (CANVAS), and access to buildings.

Enrolment is a two stage process; Online Registration and Finance Confirmation. Once both of these are complete your will be fully enrolled.

Stage 1: Online Registration

All students are required to complete online registration at the start of each academic year.  Registry will issue you with an email inviting you to register through the link below. New students will be issued with user account details separately.

Stage 2: Finance Confirmation

Once your online registration has been submitted your record will be checked by our Finance Office to ensure that GSA has received payment of your fees or notification from your funding provider that your fees will be paid.

GSA receive weekly updates from SLC and SAAS regarding the payment of fees and your record will be updated when your funding details are included in these updates.

Self-funded students can pay their fees at any point here

You will have until the 31 October 2018 to fully enrol.
