Programme Overview

Students on this course will make studies from the nude figure (male and female) promoting a basic understanding of human anatomy and look at different aspects of drawing such as line, tone and structure. Learning about methods of measurement and analysis, materials and techniques, the course will be devoted to examining the nature of drawing as an activity dependent on seeing and thinking as much as mark making. This course is suitable for beginners.
