Mackintosh building tour tickets
Ticket rates: Tickets are sold at Adult, Senior
(over 60s), Student (with valid student I.D), Under 18s and Under
5s rates and a should be claimed with a proof of ID where
appropriate. Tickets are valid for specific time and date slots as
booked. Tickets reserved and bought at advertised prices are not
subject to price increases and the face value price of tickets at
time of reservation or purchase will be honoured.
Booking online: Tickets are bookable online
through Eventbrite and can be either pre-paid online (using Paypal
which accepts all major credit and debit cards) or paid for on the
day of the tour by selecting 'pay at door' option. Order
confirmations are issued by Eventbrite and receipts are issued by
Paypal via email as proof of purchase. Both booking options incur
no additional booking fees or postage fees as all tickets are held
under the booking name and are to be collected on the day of the
tour from the GSA Shop. Customers are advised to arrive 10 minutes
early as tickets are held under the booking name until tour
departure time after which late arrivals may not be admitted to
join the tour and unclaimed tickets are non-refundable.
Late arrivals: In the event of a late arrival
customers who have pre-paid may be accommodated at a later tour
slot subject to availability or issued a credit note for Mackintosh
building tour tickets to the same value to be redeemed within one
year of issue.
Cancellations, moved bookings and refunds:
Bookings can be moved subject to availability or refunded until 48
hours before tour departure time after which tickets become
non-refundable. Tickets may not be re-sold by a third party.
Booking details including name of booking, participants, ticket
types, time and date can be changed or cancelled by contacting tours@gsa.ac.uk or calling
+44(0)141 353 4584. Refunds will be issued within 7 working days.
In the event a tour is cancelled due to unforeseen closure of the
building, full refunds for the face value of tickets can be issued
by GSA Enterprises on request.
Tour routes and content are subject to change. GSA Enterprises
will endeavour to contact all bookings in the event of a
rescheduled tour.
Privacy: GSA Enterprises, Eventbrite and Paypal
do not share any personal data collected in the booking process
with any third party sources.
By purchasing tickets you agree these terms and conditions of
sale. This does not affect your statutory rights. GSA Enterprises
reserves the right to alter or amend these terms and conditions
without prior notification.
