The Glasgow School of Art's halls of residence offer extra special value for money accommodation, which is ideal for individuals, families and groups. GSA Halls are available for guest bookings during the summer only.  Available dates this summer vacation are Wednesday 19th June to Sunday 25th August 2013 inclusive. We have accommodation available this year on 2 sites:

MARGARET MACDONALD HOUSE
This purpose built residence is located under 5 minutes walk from the famous Mackintosh Building and is just 5 minutes from one of Glasgow's main shopping streets - Sauchiehall Street.

The accommodation is comprised of 18 self-contained flats, which can accommodate 4, 5, 6 or 8 people in single rooms. Some bedrooms are ensuite - the remaining standard rooms share toilet and shower facilities - 1 toilet/shower between 2. Kitchens are equipped for guests to cater for themselves.

Rooms can be booked individually or families looking for a more private environment can book an entire flat for reduced rates.

OLD SCHOOL HOUSE
This residence is a former hotel located just a few minutes walk from the famous Mackintosh Building and is just off one of Glasgow's main shopping streets - Sauchiehall Street.

The accommodation is comprised of 23 ensuite bedrooms: a mixture of single, twin and double. There are 2 large equipped kitchens and a dining and lounge area.

Rooms can be booked individually or by groups. We think the style of this accommodation would suit groups and have introduced a 15% tariff reduction for groups of 6 or more who book at the Old School House.
