Having started my working life running a textiles degree course at Bradford and Ilkley Community College, I moved into the newly emerging world of digital fabric printing running a small business called The Fabric Printing Bureau in London for three years. GSA had established the Centre for Advanced Textiles in 1999, specializing in digital fabric printing. The Centre was expanding and an opportunity to help to develop the commercial side of the business became available in 2002. I now continue to work part time at the Centre as the Bureau Coordinator in a job share post with Laura Boomer. The other half of my week is spent working with a bunch of triathletes (hence the MSc in Psychology of Sport).
