Undergraduate Scholarships 22/23 >

If you are a new undergraduate entrant to GSA and have been given a Conditional or Unconditional offer of study you are eligible to apply to our scholarship programme for 2022/23. 

If eligible, you can apply for a maximum of two scholarships. Only one application form is required to apply for two scholarships. The application form can be downloaded here. Your application responses must be typed. Please e-mail scholarships@gsa.ac.uk if you require the application form in an alternative format.

The deadline for submitting a scholarship application is Monday 5 September 2022 at 16.00 hours GMT.

GSA RUK Welcome Undergraduate Scholarship

This is a scholarship to welcome students from England, Wales, Northern Ireland and the Republic of Ireland. Details of how you can evidence your residency and household income can be found in the Frequently Asked Questions section.

Key information:    
Value of the scholarship: £2,000 per year
Duration of the scholarship: Up to 4 years depending on the length of the course
Use: Maintenance
Number of scholarships available: 14 

Eligibility criteria: 
Subject eligibility: Open to all undergraduate degree programmes
Domicile eligibility: Open to students from England, Wales, Northern Ireland and the Republic of Ireland who are paying the full RUK (Rest of the UK) tuition fee. 

Additional eligibility requirements: 
Applicants must demonstrate that their total household income is less than £50,000 (see further information in the Frequently Asked Questions section). Applicants must be paying the full RUK (Rest of the UK) £9,250 tuition fee. Applicants must provide evidence that they have been awarded the maximum student loan available to them from the appropriate student funding body.

Governor's International Undergraduate Scholarship (School of Simulation and Visualisation)

The Governors of the GSA offer a reduction in tuition fees for talented students coming to the School from out with the UK. The GSA supports cultural diversity and a diverse student community as a positive influence on students’ work.

Value of the scholarship: £3,000 per year
Duration of the scholarship: Up to 4 years depending on the length of the course
Use: Tuition fee reduction
Number of scholarships available: 1 

Eligibility criteria: 
Subject eligibility: Open to School of Simulation and Visualisation undergraduate degree programmes
Domicile eligibility: Open to all students paying full international tuition fees

Additional eligibility requirements:
Open to students who are studying in the UK for the first time. Only open to students who are not already in receipt of a government sponsored grant from their home country or discounted tuition fees.
