Al-Jawad Pike is a London-based architectural studio founded in 2014 by Jessam Al-Jawad and Dean Pike. Prior to setting up the studio Dean and Jessam spent 10 years each working at David Chipperfield Architects, gaining extensive experience on a wide range of high-profile projects.

The studio has a strong design focus and is recognised for the quality of its built work – its process is meticulous and exploratory with a strong focus on form, materiality and tectonics. The practice strives to produce architecture and spaces that are inspiring, precisely crafted and functional. It is motivated by the interplay and tension between design intent and construction; and a belief in the importance of learning through the process of building.
