An event in association with The 2018 West End Festival and part of GSA Degree Show 2018 activity 2-8 June.
The GSA is delighted to welcome one of the most distinguished illustrators working in the UK – Chris Riddell. He has forged an award-winning career as an illustrator of children and young people’s books across many different formats. Chris Riddell is also the creator of his own two best-selling series of children’s books – the Ottoline and Goth Girl series.
As well as being a critically acclaimed author-illustrator, Chris is also the political cartoonist for the Observer. He is a three-times-winner of the CILIP Kate Greenaway Medal for Illustration. Join Chris for some insights into his career as both a leading illustrator/writer and political cartoonist.
There will be an opportunity to ask Chris Riddell questions and to buy a personally dedicated copy of his books at the end of the lecture.
