Claire Barclay leads this tour as part of Alasdair Gray Season. Beginning in the Reid Gallery, looking at the exhibition ‘Spheres of Influence II’, the group will then move to Cowcaddens, then Hillhead SPT, finishing at Gray’s mural at Òran Mór. Barclay will look at how Gray creates other worlds and universes in his work, taking the group underground to echo narrative movement from one world into another.
The event is free but booking is advised as places are extremely limited - to book, please email Exhibitions Director Jenny Brownrigg at j.brownrigg@gsa.ac.uk
