GSA Communication Design Year 4 invite you to the Work in Progress Part 2 exhibition

The ComDes WIP show exhibits ongoing work from fourth year graphic design, illustration and photography undergraduate students.

Communication Design is a course driven by its immutability: it interrogates, rejects and transforms meaning. The re-entrance into the studio environment places notions of change and return at the centre of this ‘Work In Progress’ show, more so than ever before.

This selection of ongoing work conveys the power of a shared, creative space after a sustained period of absence: for the transference of ideas and skills formed in separation, and for the themes that have come to underlie and permeate each specialism. The workshops and their tactility reconnect the practice of Communication Design to its traditional, analogue processes, acting as a point of reflection and inspiration for new and emerging ideas.
