Dr Stuart Jeffrey - Architecture in Motion

The Digital Design Studio (DDS) has found a way to record historic sites in unimaginable detail. Its laser scanner measures millions of points in a ‘point cloud’ with accuracy beyond any previously available technology. Join Dr Stuart Jeffrey of the DDS as he explores the incredible world of real-time 3D capture, 3D sound, modelling, motion capture and animation.

You can hear from our Design Scotland app developers eeGeo, who’ll be leading on some live pinning to the app. And of course you can check out the Design in Motion exhibition too.
