Paul Stallan is co-founder and principal of the Glasgow-based practice Stallan Brand. He studied architecture at the University of Strathclyde. He has won numerous awards, including Architect of the Year and the Royal Scottish Academy Gold Medal for Architecture. Among his recent designs are the Commonwealth Games Village in Glasgow (2014), the Modern Institute in Glasgow (2010), the North Glasgow College (2010) and the University of Ulster in Belfast (2011)
