Dr Jay Bradley can act as a Co-Supervisor.

Jay is a Research Fellow within the Innovation School. His research focuses on the design, development and evaluation of novel technologies and design innovation methods such as participatory design and prototyping future experiences. Currently, Jay is part of Scotland’s Digital Health and Care Innovation Centre where he runs participatory design projects for future health and care services.

He previously worked across academia and industry designing, developing and evaluating novel technologies including naturally speaking conversational agents, interactive spherical displays and multiplayer, educational computer games. Jay originally trained as a computer scientist and has a PhD in Artificial Intelligence.

Jay would welcome PhD proposals in the areas of participatory design, healthcare services and the design, development and evaluation of novel technologies.
