The Royal is the halls of residence site available to students at our Forres campus in the Highlands of Scotland. Recently renovated, it is a beautiful large Victorian building situated within five minutes’ walking distance from Forres town centre and three miles north of campus.

The site has space for 30 residents across three floors, with two large common rooms for socialising, working with fellow students and plenty of space for private study. Students are housed in individual bedrooms, five to a wing and two wings to a floor, where students will share kitchens, common rooms and bathrooms.

Pricing for the upcoming academic year will be available each February in the accommodation guide found at the bottom of the page. 

Please note that we ask for a non-refundable £125 rent pre-payment paid at point of booking which is deducted from the rent balance after check-in.

Apartments in Forres

We also have a range of one and two bedroom apartments available to students attending our Forres campus in the Highlands of Scotland. These are located around Forres town centre, three miles north of the campus, offering space for up to 20 residents across 11 locations, either living alone or with one other student.
