Glasgow iQ Elgin Place

Elgin Place is a new option for the GSA postgraduate students since 2023, a partnership formed with the purpose-built student accommodation provider iQ.  Elgin Place is only 3 minutes’ walk from the main GSA campus and in close proximity to the GSA halls sites.  You will find a gym, games room, amphitheatre and creative studio there, alongside a magnificent city-view roof terrace.  This option offers a brilliant standard of housing and a different and exciting alternative to GSA accommodation,which is an excellent choice for our postgraduate community.

Prices per week for session 2024/25

• Bronze ensuite £232.19 per week

We have a non-refundable £125 rent pre-payment paid at point of booking which is deducted from the rent balance after check-in.
